Parameter Description
"Pass"/"Fail" - If the value is "Fail", the result is below the specification limits.
This is the SJ frequency value to be tested.
It is the maximum value of SJ amplitude at which the DUT works successfully.
It is the maximum jitter amplitude value that can be added to the signal with the used hardware
configuration.
It is the minimum SJ amplitude value and the test should be passed till this SJ value is reached.
It is the maximum value of DJ that passed the test.
It is the maximum value of TJ that passed the test.
