Keysight N5990A MIPI M-PHY Receiver Test User Guide
It is available for all hardware configurations.
Figure 170
SQ-RX Squelch RF Interference Tolerance Test
It tests the Squelch RF Interference tolerance according to the M-PHY
specification.
The data generator sends a test sequence consisting of two DIFN pulses
with an equal width to the maximum T
and with a pulse distance equal to the minimum squelch T
calibrated common mode interference is set to an amplitude of 200mV.
The frequency of the RF interference is set to 500MHz and then increased
with steps of 100MHz until 1.5GHz. At each step, it is verified if the DUT
exits the hibernate state and enters into the sleep state.
This hibernate state exit is found by detecting that the DUT has activated
the Tx in a similar way to the other Squelch tests.
The DUT should not exit squelch in the presence of a RF interference of
200mV, from 500MHz to 1500MHz, in order to be considered conformant.
