Signal outputs SO1, SO2 and SO3 in BIO0006

The optional card BIO0006 provides the signal outputs SO1, SO2 and SO3. Signal
outputs SO1 and SO2 are dual, parallel form C contacts; SO3 is a single form C
contact.
