Circuit breaker status

The Circuit breaker status sub-function monitors the position of the circuit breaker,
that is, whether the breaker is in open, closed or invalid position. The operation of the
breaker status monitoring can be described by using a module diagram. All the
modules in the diagram are explained in the next sections.
