Check to make sure that the torsion coil spring is caught under the
bracket.
6.
Manually move the actuator several times. Check to make sure that
the actuator can move without being caught on the bracket.

Reinstall the guide plate, and retain it with the screws.
8.
Reinstall the stopper, and retain it with the screws.
