After the spur gear is pushed in with the rod end held, check to ensure
that the latch of the spur gear gets caught in the groove of the rod and
does not come off.
6.
Verify the attachment of the housing and the bearing from the bottom
of the erasure conveyer unit.

Check to ensure that the portions indicated by the dotted lines in the figure below
have not come off from the side plate of the erasure conveyer unit.

Reinstall the bracket.
8.
Reinstall the erasure conveyor unit.
