10.19.1 Check Procedures via Monitoring Function (15)
1.
Start the RU PC-TOOL.

Start monitoring of the RU PC-TOOL.

3.
Allow the cassette to be inserted and ejected with the hold released,
and check the monitoring display.
- To check SA2: Set a cassette in shelf 1.
- To check SA8: Set a cassette in shelf 2.
- To check SA14: Set a cassette in shelf 3.
- To check SA20: Set a cassette in shelf 4.

Display example when the cassette is set on shelf 1 to check SA2.

l NO GOOD indication
Neither "OPEN" nor "CLOSE" is displayed for the sensor to be checked, after the
cassette is inserted and ejected.
u NOTE u
Click on the [START] button in the monitoring window to initiate the monitoring
beforehand. Unless the monitoring is initiated, nothing is displayed in the window
even when the sensor changes its status.
4.
Exit the monitoring of the RU PC-TOOL.
