Pull out the subscanning unit.
CAUTION
- Do not pull out the subscanning unit too much. The subscanning unit might
topple down and be damaged.
- Do not remove the screws on the bracket to determine the fixing position of
subscanning unit. For the machines #50001 or later, the general screws are
used instead of red screws. However, do not remove them as with the red
screws.

Remove the subscanning unit.
CAUTION
When putting down the subscanning unit in another place, use care not to get
your feet pinched by the side plate.
