tone used in Program 44-01-02 and Program

Incoming/ Outgoing SIP Trunk for E.164
When this data is set to 1, then for any
outbound SIP calls a + is added as a prefix to
the Request-URI, To and From header fields of
the SIP message.
When it is set to 2 then if the dialed international
access code matches the value in Program
10-02-02 this value is removed from the
number dialed and the + added as a prefix to
the Request-URI, To and From header fields of
the SIP Message.
