Traffic load sent to the HBS
Traffic load received from the HBS
Percentage of sector UL time slots utilized for
transmission to the HBS. May be over HSU's allocation if
there are unallocated UL time slots available.

from the HBS. May be over HSU's allocation if there are
available UL time slots available, allocated or not
