Notice that the Evaluating activity icon continues to rotate after completion of the
evaluation. The Manager maintains dynamic monitoring of the sector for injection
into the sector of HSUs elsewhere and accordingly reduces the available time slots.
6. Use the sliders to choose the number of time downlink and uplink slots to be
allocated to the HSU.
