No Response From Power Liftgate Module - Chrysler Town and Country 2003 Owner's Manual

Symptom:

*NO RESPONSE FROM POWER LIFTGATE MODULE

FUSED B(+) CIRCUIT OPEN
GROUND CIRCUIT OPEN
BODY CONTROL MODULE - LIFTGATE WAKE UP GROUND OPEN
LIFTGATE MODULE WAKE UP SIGNAL WIRE OPEN
LIFTGATE MODULE WAKE UP SIGNAL WIRE SHORT TO VOLTAGE
LIFTGATE MODULE WAKE UP SIGNAL WIRE SHORT TO GROUND
PCI BUS CIRCUIT OPEN
POWER LIFTGATE MODULE - OPEN
TEST
1 Turn the ignition off.
Disconnect the Power Liftgate Module C1 harness connector.
Measure the voltage of the Fused B(+) circuit.
Is the voltage above 10.0 volts?
Yes → Go To 2
→ Repair the Fused B(+) circuit for an open.
No
2 Turn the ignition off.
Disconnect the Power Liftgate Module C1 harness connector.
Using a 12-volt test light connected to 12-volts, check the Ground circuit.
Does the test light illuminate brightly?
Yes → Go To 3
→ Repair the Ground circuit for an open.
No
