INSTRUMENT CLUSTER
RIGHT TURN SIGNAL INDICATOR SHORT (LOWLINE) —
TEST

Turn the ignition off.
Disconnect the Instrument Cluster harness connector.
Turn the ignition on.
Using a 12-volt test light connected to ground, probe the Fused B+ circuit in the
Instrument Cluster harness connector.
Does the test light illuminate brightly?
Yes → Go To 4
→ Repair the Fused B+ circuit.
No

Turn the ignition off.
Disconnect the Instrument Cluster harness connector.
Turn the ignition on.
Using a 12-volt test light connected to 12-volts, probe the Right Indicator Driver
circuit in the Instrument Cluster harness connector.
Operate the Multi-Function Switch and turn the Right Indication on.
Does the test light flash on and off?
Yes → Remove and inspect the bulb. If OK, replace the Instrument
→ Go To 5
No

Turn the ignition off.
Disconnect the Instrument Cluster harness connector.
Disconnect the BCM C4 harness connector.
Turn the ignition on.
Measure the voltage of the Right Turn Indicator Driver circuit at the Instrument
Cluster harness connector.
Is the voltage above 1.0 volts?
Yes → Repair the Right Turn Indicator for a short to voltage.
→ Go To 6
No

If there are no possible causes remaining, view repair?
Repair
ACTION
Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1.
Cluster printed circuit board.
Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1.
Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1.
Replace the Body Control Module.
Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1.
