Error Code Table (Listed by Number)

Errors in reports are recorded as numbers because there is not enough
space to print a detailed description of the error in the report. When
errors are recorded in your reports, note the number and check it against
the table below to learn more about what caused the error.

If the error still remains after taking the following measures, contact your
local authorised Olivetti dealer or the Olivetti Lexikon Help Desk.
CODE
PROBLEM
#0001 A document may be jammed.
#0003 An attempt was made to send a
document of 1 meter or longer from the
Automatic Document Feeder (ADF).
A document takes a long time to send
because it contains too much data.
A document takes a long time to receive.
#0005 No reply is received from the other
party's fax unit.
The other party is not using a G3 fax unit.
#0008 The passwords did not match at polling
sending.
#0009 The paper has run out or the paper
cassette is not set properly.
Chapter 13
SOLUTION
Remove the jammed document.

Divide the document into smaller parts
and send from the platen glass.

Reduce the scanning resolution before

Contact the other party and ask them to
reduce their scanning resolution or divide
the document into smaller parts for sending.
