Set
01 FILE NAME
Allows you to
enter a name for
the memory box
that appears in
printed reports.
Set
02 PASSWORD
Assign a password
to protect the
memory box
settings. After you
set a password,
you will have to
enter it before you
can view or
change the settings
for the memory
box. You will also
have to enter this
password to print
a document
received in the
memory box.
Set
03 SUBADDRESS
The ITU-T
subaddress for the
memory box. This
setting is required in
order to use the
memory box.
Chapter 6
ENTER A BOX NAME
Enter a name for the
memory box up to 24
characters long.
ENTER A 4-DIGIT ID NUMBER
Enter a four-digit
password.
SUBADDRESS
Enter a subaddress.
The subaddress can
be up to 20 digits
long, and can
include h, #, and
spaces.
