Cancelling Receiving
Follow this procedure to cancel receiving a document.
1.
When you are receiving, press FAX to switch to fax mode.

Press Stop to cancel receiving.

Press F3 (YES) to cancel receiving.

Reception is cancelled.

Receiving Documents
If you are receiving manually, reception stops immediately.
If you are receiving automatically, the following display
appears.
If you change your mind and wish to continue receiving the
document, press F4 (NO).
After you press F3 (YES) an alarm sounds and document
reception is cancelled.
If the receive report feature is on or set to PRINT ERROR
ONLY, an Error RX Report also prints. (1 p. 12-10)
