Automatic Document Feeder (ADF). (The arrow shows the set direction.)

Document Sizes You Can Scan Using the Platen Glass

The following shows the maximum document size that can be set when
using the platen glass. (The arrows show the setting direction.) No
restrictions apply to minimum size.

If necessary, copy the original to a suitable size for the Automatic
Document Feeder (ADF) before faxing. If the document you wish to set
on the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) is too large, copy down to a
smaller size. If the document is too small, copy to a size that will fit the
Automatic Document Feeder (ADF). Then fax the copy of the original.
