TX TIME SETTING

The TX TIME SETTING allows you to preset five transmission times in

a 24-hour period. Documents sent with this one-touch speed dialling

button or coded speed dialling code will only be sent at the time you

have specified. This feature is very convenient when, throughout the

course of a day, you send several documents to the same destinations.

All documents destined for the same destination will be grouped and

sent at the closest preset time. This reduces the number of calls to one,

and saves you time and money.

This setting is optional. You can set up to five different transmission

times. If you do not set a transmission time(s), sending will begin once

you make the speed dialling entry using one-touch or coded speed

You can also use this feature together with BATCH TX. If BATCH TX is

on, the documents will be grouped and sent together at the preset
