If there is a document stored in the memory box you are deleting,
CANNOT DELETE will be displayed. Wait for the document in the
memory box to be sent, print the document (1 p. 6-40), or delete it from
memory (1 p. 6-20). Then try deleting the memory box again.

You can also use F2 (–) or F3 (+) to select the box number.
