Cancelling Sending
To cancel sending of a document in mid-transmission, follow the
procedure below.
1.
Press FAX to switch to fax mode.

Press Stop.

Press F3 (YES) to cancel sending.

When you cancel during direct sending, you may have to open the
Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) cover to remove your document.

Sending Documents
For direct sending, transmission is cancelled immediately.
For memory sending, the following LCD display appears.
If you change your mind and wish to continue sending the
document, press F4 (NO).
Sending is not cancelled until you press F3 (YES).
To cancel sending of a document waiting to be sent (because
the unit is waiting to redial), or a document waiting to be sent
in memory, see page 4-39.
To cancel sending of a document set for delayed sending, see
page 4-56.
