10. Use the search buttons (d, u) to select the setting you want. You
can select from the following:
01 OFF
Select 01 OFF if you do not want to set a department access code (DAC)
and only want to use the user access code for transactions. You only have
to enter the user access code when you send a document. This is the
default setting.
02 ON
Select 02 ON if you do want to set a department access code (DAC).
If you selected 01 OFF in step 10 above:
