Receiving a Confidential Document

When your unit receives a confidential document with a subaddress or
subaddress and password that match the subaddress/password settings
for your confidential mailbox, the document is stored in the confidential
mailbox.
Before you can receive a confidential document, you need to set up a
confidential mailbox. (1 p. 8-3)
Be sure to inform the other party of the subaddress/password you
have set for the confidential mailbox.
Your unit is set at the factory to print a report when it receives a
confidential document. We recommend you leave this setting on to
make sure you are alerted when a confidential document is received.
However, you can set this setting off if you do not want your unit to
print a report.
After the unit receives a document in a confidential mailbox, it displays a
message and prints a report.
