The LCD displays the number of the page it is scanning. It also
displays a TX/RX number for that transmission which is then
used to trace the document if you decide to delete it or print it
once it is stored in memory.
When scanning is complete, the LCD displays the following
message.

If your document consists of only one page, go directly to
step 9. (1 p. 4-28)
If you do not do the next procedure within one minute of this
display appearing, the unit will automatically start sending
your document and you will be unable to scan the remainder of
your document.
Repeat this procedure until all pages of your document are
scanned.
You can change the document size setting, the resolution,
density, and image quality settings for each page you scan.
To cancel the transmission, press Stop. The LCD display then
asks you to confirm cancelling. Select F3 (YES) to cancel.
