Scanning a Document into Memory for Polling Sending

Before your unit can perform polling sending, you need to create a
polling box where the document can be stored. (1 p. 9-21)
Before the other party polls your unit, be sure to inform them of the
subaddress you have set.
You can restrict who polls your unit by setting a TX password.
You can set several polling boxes with different documents so that
the other party can poll whichever document they need.
If the other party's fax unit does not support subaddresses, or if you
want the other party to be able to poll your unit without a
subaddress, use polling box #00. Only polling box #00 allows the
other party to poll your unit without a subaddress.
Follow this procedure to scan a document into the polling box. The
document will remain in the polling box to be polled by other fax units.
