Summary of Important Settings
Set
07 TRANSMIT

Activate/deactivate
A document can be transmitted from the
transmission of
memory box. If you select this setting,

Select fax numbers to which to

numbers (using speed dialling).

buttons (d, u) to select TRANSMIT

03 TX START TIME
Set a time for transmission of
documents from the memory box.
Press Set, select EVERYDAY or
SELECT DAYS, press Set again, then
select the time(s) and/or the day(s)
for transmission. (For details on

A document cannot be transmitted.

The memory box can be used as a
polling sending for
polling box. If you select this setting,

01 ERASE AFTER TX
Specify if the document in the
memory box is deleted after it is
polled and sent. Press Set, then
select ON to delete the document,
or OFF to leave the document in
the memory box.
02 TX DOCUMENT
Select if documents received in the
memory box and/or scanned into
the memory box are transmitted for
polling and receiving. Press Set,
select RECEIVED DOCUMENT or
SCAN DOCUMENT. Press Set again,
then select TRANSMIT or NOT
TRANSMIT. (For details on accessing

The memory box cannot be used as a
