Meaning
The memory is already full with documents received using
memory substitution reception or confidential reception.
Print out these documents first. (1 pp. 5-16, 8-16)
The document you wish to scan into memory for sending or
copying is too large for the memory's capacity. Divide up the
document before scanning into memory. (1 p. 4-7)
The telephone number you attempted to dial using one-
touch speed dialling, coded speed dialling, or group dialling
was not registered. Register the telephone number first.

In a subaddress transmission, the one-touch speed dialling
button you pressed or the coded speed dialling code you
entered is set to a different subaddress. Check the
information registered under the one-touch speed dialling
button or the coded speed dialling code before using.

You wish to change the settings of the polling box, preset
polling box, transfer box, confidential box, relay box, or
memory box but no such box has been registered. Check
once again. (Refer to the individual feature and check the
information registered.)
Paper is jammed. If you open the front cover, you will see a
label describing how to remove the jammed paper. Remove
the paper in accordance with the instructions on the label.
