Close the platen glass cover and turn the power back on.

Be sure to turn the power back on after you have finished refilling the
stamp ink compartment. Leaving the unit off for approximately three
hours or more will cause all documents stored in memory to be
deleted.
The stamp ink compartment takes some time to absorb the ink. Do
not use the stamp feature for at least one hour after refilling it. If you
have to send a document before the hour has passed, turn the stamp
feature off before sending. (1 p. 4-13)
Adjusting the Scanning Settings
This unit allows you to adjust the resolution, density, and image quality
for the document you are sending.
Olivetti's Ultra High Quality (UHQ) imaging technology allows you to
send documents that are very close to the quality of the original
document.

You can also change the resolution, density, and image quality
settings while the document is being scanned for sending. However,
please note that your new settings will only be effective from the next
page scanned.
If you find that you always, or very often, send documents with the
same scanning settings, you can set these as the "fax default
settings". This means that when the auto clear feature resets your
unit, or you press the FAX button, these settings will be automatically
