List of LCD Display Messages
(Alphabetic List)
Here is a list of messages that are displayed on the screen when a
problem occurs in the unit or the printer.

Troubleshooting
Meaning
You tried to create a polling box, preset polling box, transfer
box, confidential box, relay box, or memory box, but that box
is already created. Change your setting or choose another
box. (Refer to the individual feature and check the
information registered.)
You are waiting to redial because the party you dialled was
engaged when you used direct sending. In memory sending,
no message appears. (1 p. 4-38)
You cannot delete this box because the box contains a
document. (Refer to the individual feature and check the
information registered.)
A document may be jammed. Remove the jammed
document. (1 Chapter 7 of the Copier User 's Guide)
A printer problem has occurred. Contact your local
authorised Olivetti dealer or the Olivetti Lexikon Help Desk.
Open the printer cover or the paper cassette right cover.
Check all the covers, closing each one carefully.

An attempt was made to send a document of 1 metre or
longer from the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF). Divide
the document into smaller parts and send from the platen
glass. (1 p. 4-7)
If a telephone unit is connected, its handset may be off the
hook. Replace the handset carefully on its cradle.
Check and reinsert the toner cartridge. (1 Chapter 2 of the
Copier User's Guide)
