Checking the Sending Status

Checking Documents that Are Being Sent

Follow this procedure to check on the transmission status of the
document currently being transmitted.
Fax Monitor
1. Press Fax Monitor.
2. Press Set to see more details on the transmission.
Set
Return
3. Press Return to return to the first display.

If there are no documents currently being transmitted, the LCD
display will show NO DOCUMENT CURRENTLY BEING
TRANSMITTED.
The sending status will not be displayed when you press the Fax
Monitor button during direct or manual sending.
Chapter 4
The TX/RX number is displayed along with the page number,
the destination, and time.
Depending on the recipient's fax unit, the name of the
recipient may also appear.
