Memory Sending Using the Platen Glass
Use the platen glass to scan a document that cannot be fed through the
Automatic Document Feeder (ADF), such as a book. For details on
setting the document on the platen glass, refer to "Setting the Document
on the Platen Glass". (1 p. 4-8)

Press FAX to switch to fax mode.

Prepare the first page of the document and set it, face down, on
the platen glass. (1 p. 4-8)

Press F4 (BOOK SENDING) and select the size of the document

otherwise the unit will automatically reduce your document
