To send defective cards for repair, follow the local procedures.
Record information for office records, as follows:
• date of the card replacement
• serial number of the card
• details or reasons for replacement of the card
Go to step 18.
Return to the Clearing an alarm procedure that directs you to this card
replacement procedure. If necessary, go to the point where the system
produces the defective card list. Identify the next defective card on the list. In
this manual, go to the appropriate replacement procedure for the card.
