Static electricity damage
Wear a wrist strap connected to the wrist strap grounding
point at the top of each equipment rack, (Bay 0, 1, 2, and 3),
while handling circuit cards. This protects the cards against
damage caused by static electricity.
Power down the unit by setting the ON/OFF switch on the power converter
faceplate to the OFF position. Both the converter FAIL LED and FRAME FAIL
lamp on the MSP will be ON.
Replace the NT2X09 card using the common replacing a card procedure in
this document. When you have completed the procedure, return here.
Power up the RMM unit as follows:
Ensure the converter (NT2X09) is inserted. Set the POWER switch to the ON
position.
Press the RESET button on the power converter while setting the circuit
breaker on the MSP to the ON position. Both the CONVERTER FAIL LED
and FRAME FAIL lamp on the MSP will be ON.

continue with step 11.
Go to the PM level and post the RMM, if not already posted, and load the
RMM by typing
>PM;POST rmm_no;LOADPM
and pressing the Enter key.
