4.1.4 Set the contact information of the route's administrator and location of Router
Sys Contact and sysLocation are all management variable of system group in MIB and respectively
define the operator ID and actual location of managed node (Router). The user can access the
information through the configuring file. One or several commands below will be used in the mode of
global configuration:
