7.4.4 Configure the condidate BSR
To enable the BSR mechanism, we must have at least one candidate BSR in one BSR-area. And we
can use this command to designate a router to be a candidate BSR.
To enable this function, use this command under the global configuration mode.
To disable it, use the no form.
