Creating a New Server

Step Description
1. Refer to "24.11.2 Accessing CONFIGURE Server to Connect" to access
CONFIGURE Server to Connect.
2. NEW (F2) to access CONFIGURE New Server.
3. CONFIGURE New Server
<Name:> A unique name for the new server to be accessed. The name may be up
to 16 characters long and may include spaces.
<IP Address:> Type in the IP address of the server to be accessed in the Internet.
<Host:> Type in the host name of the server to be accessed in the Internet. For
RX1250 receivers only.
<TCP/IP Port:> The port of the Internet server through which the data is provided.
Each server has several ports for various services..
4. STORE (F1) returns to the screen from where CONFIGURE New Points to Dial
was accessed.
