The number of files stored in the ring buffer.
<Obs Flagged:>
The flag assigned to the stored observations.
<Obs Rate:>
The configured observation rate by which data is logged.
<First Obs at:>
The local time when the first observation available in the ring buffer
is stored.
<Last Obs at:>
The local time when the last observation available in the ring buffer
is stored.
