Output ETM write data.
Output Indicates the current Decode cycle is the first being
traced for the current Java instruction.
Output Indicates the current Decode cycle is the last being
traced for the current Java instruction.
Input ETM FIFO full. This signal must be tied LOW if an
ETM is not used.
