INSPECT DRIVER-SIDE FRONT BUCKLE SWITCH

Inspect the driver-side front buckle switch.
(See FRONT BUCKLE SWITCH
Is the driver-side front buckle switch normal?
INSPECT WIRING HARNESS BETWEEN DRIVER-SIDE BUCKLE

SWITCH AND GROUND
Inspect the wiring harness between driver-side front
buckle switch terminal F and ground for the following:
NOTE:
Measure the voltage while shaking the wiring harness
between the SAS control module and driver-side front
buckle switch.
Is the wiring harness normal?
INSPECT WIRING HARNESS BETWEEN SAS CONTROL MODULE

AND DRIVER-SIDE BUCKLE SWITCH
Remove the column cover.
(See COLUMN COVER
Disconnect the clock spring connector.
Remove the glove compartment.
(See GLOVE COMPARTMENT
REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
Disconnect the passenger-side air bag module
connector.
Disconnect the driver and passenger-side curtain air
bag module connectors.
Disconnect the driver and passenger-side side air bag
module connectors.
Remove the rear door lower trim.
(See REAR DOOR LOWER TRIM
REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)
Disconnect the driver and passenger-side pre-tensioner
seat belt connectors.
INSPECTION.)
Open circuit
REMOVAL/INSTALLATION.)

No Replace the driver-side
front buckle.
