DETECTION CONDITION Auto light/wiper control module microcomputer malfunction
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Diagnostic procedure

PERFORM DTC INSPECTION

Clear DTCs using the M-MDS.

Perform the auto light/wiper control
module DTC inspection using the M-
MDS.
(See
LIGHT/WIPER CONTROL
Is DTC B1342 displayed?
VERIFY THAT NO OTHER DTCs ARE PRESENT

Are there other DTCs output?
ECU is faulted
Auto light/wiper control module microcomputer malfunction

YesReplace the auto light/wiper control
module, then go to the next step.

No Go to the next step.
