Diagnostic procedure
STEP
INSPECT RAIN SENSOR CONNECTOR
1
Turn the ignition switch off.
Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Disconnect the rain sensor connector.
Inspect the rain sensor connector terminals
for poor connection (such as
damaged/pulled-out pins, and corrosion).
Is there any malfunction?
INSPECT AUTO LIGHT/WIPER CONTROL MODULE
2 CONNECTOR
Disconnect the auto light/wiper control
module connector.
Inspect the auto light/wiper control module
connector terminal for poor connection (such
INSPECTION ACTION
YesRepair or replace the terminal, then
go to Step 6.
No Go to the next step.
YesRepair or replace the terminal, then
go to Step 6.
No Go to the next step.
