INSPECT COMMUNICATION CIRCUIT FOR
1
CONTINUITY
Disconnect keyless control
module connector and steering
Steering lock unit communication system
Steering lock unit communication error
Open or short circuit in wiring harness between keyless control
module and steering lock unit
Steering lock unit malfunction
Keyless control module malfunction
INSPECTION
Yes Replace the steering lock unit
and perform the resetting
procedure for the steering lock
unit.
