sign as that of #2062 OT_IB+ is specified, the stored
stroke limit IB function is disabled.

Specify the speed applicable to the speed area for
2-stage acceleration/deceleration. If the following
conditions are not satisfied, inclination constant
acceleration/deceleration is used for operation.
(0 < rapid2 < rapid and rapid3 = 0 and 0 < G0tL2 <G0tL
and G0tL3 = 0)
