1.3 Servo spindle Alarms
Over-regeneration detection level became over 100%. The
regenerative resistor is overloaded.
Thermal protection function of the regenerative resistor, has started
its operation.
PN bus voltage in main circuit exceeded the allowable value.
As for the external emergency stop settings, the setting on the rotary
switch and the parameter setting are mismatched.
