2.4.2 Lifting and securing the frame

Frame configurations on page
Lift the frame supports 1- 4 and place them in an approximate position.
Lift frame 5 and place it on top of frame supports 1 and 2.
Assemble all bolts and nuts 6-7 and tighten them.
Lift frame 8 and place it on top of frame supports 3 and 4.
Assemble all bolts and nuts 9-10 and tighten them.
Join the two tracks 11 and tighten the assembly see section
tracks on page 66. (more then 12m).
Secure the frame supports to the floor 12.
Assemble the robot arm system 13 (axis 2-6).
