5.3 Calibration and configuration of Joint Bound, axis 1
Action
Fit the Axis Calibration sup-
port block to the beam with
screws. Orient it according
to the figure.
Do not tighten yet.
Adjust the height of the
support block (measure-
ment 20 mm) by adding or
removing shims.
Check the measurement 5.5
mm and adjust within the
tolerance of the M8 screws.
Tighten the M8 screws.
Drill two holes for dowel
pins (2 x Ø6 H7) using the
Axis Calibration support
block for guidance.
Insert the supplied dowel
pins.

Screws: M8x50 8.8 (2 pcs).

Measurement 20 +/- 2 mm is defined by the number of
shims (A). Add or remove shims. There are two 2 mm
shims supplied with the delivery.
Measurement 5.5 +2/-1.5 mm is defined by the correct
location of the drill gauge.
