Action
Move carriage to the zero posi-
tion, and use a dial indicator to
make sure that the carriage re-
mains in position when refitting
the gearbox.
DANGER
Turn off all electric power, hydraul-
ic and pneumatic pressure sup-
plies to the robot!
Remove the motor.
CAUTION
Do not alter the clutch position on
the motor shaft.
Remove the gearbox unit as de-
tailed in the service manual for
the gearbox.
Action
DANGER
Turn off all electric power, hydraul-
ic and pneumatic pressure sup-
plies to the robot!
Refit the gearbox to the carriage
as detailed in the service manual
for the gearbox.
Refit the motor.
Recalibrate the robot.
