Action
1) Move the robot to a position close
enough to the position showed in
the figure.
DANGER
2) Clear the area before releasing
the brakes, the robot is going to
collapse.
3) Release the brakes for axis 2-6,
releasing brakes are detailed in the
section

brakes on page
95.
DANGER
Turn off all:
electric power supply to the
robot
hydraulic pressure supply to
the robot
air pressure supply to the ro-
bot
Before entering the robot working
area.
Drain the oil from gearbox, axis 2.
Remove the cover on top of the mo-
tor by unscrewing its four attach-
ment screws.
Remove the cable gland cover at the
cable exit by unscrewing its two at-
tachment screws.
