Action
Remove the pressure from the supporting roller
using a overhead crane or a fork lift.
Lifting weight more then 600 kg.
WARNING
Do not remove more then one support roller at the
time, or the carriage will bee separated from the
linear guide.
Remove the four screws holding the flange.
Remove the locking screw.
Remove the cover.
Remove the complete roller holder.
Remove the tap screw and tap holding the support
roller.
Action
Fit a new support roller on to the roller holder.
Refit the complete roller holder.
Adjust the support roller using a gauge.
Refit the cover.
Refit the flange using the four screws.
