With object 0x1011/n parameters/objects can be set to their default values. This ob-
ject supports 3 sub-indexes with different functions.
Writing "load" to 0x1011/3 restores all application parameters (0x6nnn).
Specification of write "load" command
Writing a value other than "load" results in an SDO abort. The restore defaults com-
mand is not processed.
