A refresh processing time [μs] is a constituent of the scan time of the CPU module. For details on the scan time, refer to the
following.

The refresh processing time [μs], which is taken for refresh processing, is given by:
• Refresh processing time [μs] = Refresh read time (refresh data transfer to the CPU module)
■When "Target" is a specified device
Calculate the refresh read time according to the number of items and the number of their transfer data (word) that are set to
be refreshed.
